Trabajo sobre la Unidad 4: Animals


MAMMALS:



- Mammals are viviparous. Young mammals drink their mother´s milk.
- All mammals breathe air with their lungs.
         - Mammals can live:
         * on land. They are terrestrial.
         * in water. They are aquatic mammals. Aquatic mammals have bare skin.
         * Almost all mammals walk or swim. Bats can fly.
- Most mammals have hair or fur on their bodies to keep them warm.


 Mamífero con alas que puede volar.
Bats:    whose forelimbs form webbed wings, making them the only mammals naturally capable of true and sustained flight.




BIRDS:
     - They are oviparous.
         Birds have feathers, two wings and a tail.
         - Many birds live on land. They can walk, and most birds can fly.
         - Other birds, such as ducks, live on land and in water. They have webbed feet to help them swim.
         - Birds don´t have teeth, they have beaks.
         - Birds breathe air with their lungs. 


     



FISH:

        - They are oviparous.
         - Fish live in water. Fish can live: in rivers or in the sea.
         -Fish are covered with scales.
         - They have fins and a tail to help them swim.
         - Fish breathe through their gills.


 




REPTILES

     - They are oviparous.
         - Reptiles are: tortoises, snakes and crocodiles.
         - Reptiles live on land but some, for example crocodiles, can swim.
         - Reptiles breathe air with their lungs.
         -Their skin is thick and covered with scales. Most reptiles have four legs, but snakes do not have legs. They slither.






AMPHIBIANS

They are oviparous.
         - Amphibians are: frogs, toads, newts and salamanders
         - Amphibians can live on land and in water.
         - They breathe through gills when they are young and with lungs when they are adults.
         -Their body is covered with bare skin.
         - Adult amphibians have four legs.


                 Con esta actividad a parte de profundizar más sobre el tema de los animales he pretendido que los niños creen grupos homogéneos de trabajo donde los unos se apoyen en los otros y hacer la clase más dinámica y entretenida. He intentado también afianzar el cooperativismo muy necesario para desenvolverse en un futuro. Muchas gracias chicos/as de 3º A y B, y a los papás y mamás por ayudarme a realizar este trabajo. Enhorabuena.
